3 lucid dreams in 48 hrs And How I did it?

I am a avid Ld student and practioner I also astral project from time to time. Never before have I induced either on a consistent basis. Over the last 48 hrs I have done both three times and it's all because of the Wake back to bed method. If you want to ld or ap in a short period of time dedicate yourself to this method for a week straight with no days off I'm confident through my own experience that you will c results.Namaste :-)

Awesome job I have used WBTB to increase my dream recall substantially. I still have yet to increase my ld and ap success but I'm sure it will happen soon. Namaste my friend, keep up the good work

I need to work on my WBTB's. I'll set an alarm for 5:30, wake up and turn it off, and end up getting lazy and going back to sleep. I'll tell myself that I need to get out of bed and read so I don't fall asleep, but I never go through with it.

WBTB works well for me but I hardly ever do them. I'm too lazy.

I set my alarm for 3 am 2day but I ended up waking up at 2am all on my own I guess tha anticipation was stronger then my alarm. Lol. I'm being very aggressive with wbtb though as I progress it gets easier so I will become naturally more passive but still get results

dreamcatcher, do you also incorporate mantras or do you just use the wbtb method?

yep its a gd way to go lucid without alot of thought behind it, just needs your will power to work. I like your PAC qoute that brother was on another level. Just yesterday i heard biggie say "my dreams are livid i work hard to live it" In the you cant stop the rain track with shaq, lol.

The closest i come to mantras is the 100 plus count i do before i go back to sleep ( ex. "1 clarity now, 2 lucidity now etc...) while i focus on my breath i try to maintain a small amount of awareness before i drift off to sleep again, but when i get better i probably wont do any internal chatter because u really want the mind to be silent and just observe the breath before u go back to sleep. thanx.

I agree but think that mantras can be helpful. I will try the wbtb method to.

mantras are helpful, they work about 60-75% of the time for me. I just can't afford to lose an hour of sleep though, or maybe I just don't want to!

Something grossly suspicious about someone who claims to be able to regularly astral project being extremely excited about having 3 lucid dreams in one night, a pretty common feat for people who often lucid dream. :I
