      Training A Dream Guide

      I'm new to lucid dreaming and this site. Having only had 2 lucid dreams so far, I haven't met my dream guide or know to much about them, but a recent video on Youtube inspired a question. Can you train a dream guide to notify you that you are dreaming while dreaming? If anyone has had this experience or has a theory, please post.

      Yes you can, but it is more like training yourself to notify yourself when you are dreaming. Characters in your dream will notify you as you progress. The dream being a reflection of your subconscious mind will remind you of your intention.
