Hey, new here (first post ) but I've been lurking the forums for some time and having LDs periodically throughout my life. About a year ago, I learned that LDs are what I've been having throughout my life. I found it fascinating that I could learn to have a LD on a whim! After a few months, I was able to have a LD a week on average, and I'm still keeping with that average, give or take.

Well, until last night--I had 3 LDs in a row without trying. Normally I'd just chalk it up to trying to dream chain (I've had 2 in a row before), but the odd part of this chain was that I had gotten out of bed and moved around enough to "wake" me up (rather than stayed still to remain "asleep".) I'll give a time breakdown or so:

LD #1. It was about 30 minutes from when I had previously gone to sleep (2:30ish?) to when I woke up--I was lucid for a good 10-15 minutes of it, and became lucid by just suddenly realizing that I was dreaming.

Woke up at 3am. Rolled over, got up to turn on the fan, laid back down.

Fell asleep somewhere around 3:15. LD #2 occurs without trying any technique--I just suddenly realize I was dreaming again. I woke up about 4am in shock that I had become lucid twice in a row without making any attempt!

I realized I had left on my computer over night, so I got up, went into the other room, turned it off. Went back, laid down, fell asleep in a couple minutes--I'd estimate a little prior to 4:10am. Again, for the third time, I became lucid in my dream without trying any technique. I woke up at 5am to my alarm clock.

Now, I haven't been actively performing RCs throughout the day, nor have I been paying special attention to dream signs. So when I say that I suddenly became lucid without any sort of cue, I mean just that. I could not figure out any logical explanation, so I decided to register here and ask you all to see if I could get an answer.

If you've taken the time to read through all of this, I greatly appreciate it, as well as any responses.
