Ive been setting my alarm like 4-6 hours after I go to sleep so I can attempt to WILD. I'm determined to do it except I'm having trouble just falling asleep because I'm so tired from just waking up. I don't even realize sometimes, I just wake up and its 2 hours later and I gotta get up for work. How long is a safe amount of time to be up and awake before laying back down and attempting WILD. Any advice? |
