Question Just joined up to get you dream experts opinions

Currently im taking half a gram of trenbolone (AAS) and a common side effect (1 of 100's I may add) are very disturbing dreams that have you feeling anxious days after as a result of the dreams being so vivid and real.

It is very easy to recall these dreams in exact detail after waking up from them.

From what I understand the tren increases blood volume higher than normal and when you reach the stage of sleep where your brain starts producing delta waves where you are experiencing REM (Rapid Eye Movement) more blood will enter the brain while in this stage of sleep. So as I have a higher blood volume I have even more blood entering the brain and this throws the normal balance of serotonin off and causes these extremely vivid disturbing dreams.

      Can anyone confirm?

Is that a potent steroid? ... You should be careful with that... (correct me if im wrong)
      Effects of Steroids - Steroid.com
Go to the bottom, you will see yours, it has a pretty high side-affect rating, and danger rating.

Welcome to DreamViews! Ah, you must be a body builder, eh? You may be able to use these vivid dreams to your advantage. With a little knowledge about lucidity and some dream journaling, it may be easy for you to take hold of these vivid experiences. I do my best!

No doubt, tren is powerful stuff.
I don't want to come off as saying any 19-nor derivative steroid is safe or that any AAS is safe for that matter.
Every drug has risks, you just gotta decide weather the benefit to risk ratio is worth taking for you the individual.

I don't to sound like an advocate but with the knowledge of appropriate ancillary compounds (selective estrogen receptor modulators, aromatase inhibitors, dopamine receptor agonists, human chorionic gonadotropin, human menopausal gonadotropins) the list goes on and on, you can reduce/remove practically all side effects from the equation.

Chemical enhancement was something that always interested me as a kid
With routine blood work and a with a diet better than 90% of the planet I would say im doing ok.

I don't want to turn this into an argument by any means

And im sure this board does not approve of drug talk

I have come to the conclusion that the instant deep dreaming that occurs may be down to a general chemical imbalance in the body rather a total increase in blood volume. As people taking EPO have no such reported effect.
      ...

You may also want to take a look in the Dream Views Wiki. There is a lot of good information in there. Also, it seems you are able to get into the dream state pretty quickly. I would also suggest you take a long look at the WILD technique. It involves entering a lucid dream directly from the waking state. I'm not sure of the effects of tren on dreaming, but it would definitely be interesting to experiment with. At the very least, you could learn lucid dreaming and turn those disturbing dreams into enjoyable experiences. Well, best of luck to you!
