      Was this DEILD?

      Hello,

This morning I was dreaming (something to do with dungeons, ladders and dark places, but that's not important).
I then woke up and lay about listening to the sounds of the house to see who was awake and roughly what time it was (probably about 10am).
      Did the fingers reality check.
Then I rolled over, I'm sure I moved a lot which I thought would have prevented what happened next.
I closed my eyes and I was thinking about something to do with a cup and explaining how it wasn't real to someone and I suddenly realized it seemed to be a dream (as apposed to my imagination) but I could still feel my own body, I came out of it almost straight away after I realized that but then I closed my eyes and tried again.
This time I thought about something different, then I tried to teleported to a place that didn't exist and this seemed to rip me free of the real world, but I could still feel BOTH my bodies, my real one and the one I'd just teleported across the room.
I woke back up, rolled over and did it again, and each time I tried the teleporting thing it pulled me out of reality and into the dream, but again I still seemed to be able to feel both worlds and the dream wasn't very stable because I kept falling back into reality.

Was this DEILD? Because it involved a crapload of movement, I wasn't in SP and I could still feel reality .

It's really up to you. You could say DEILD since you did exit a dream. But you could also say wild since you moved so much.

Since there are two fields of lucid dreaming (some say three)

      WILD and DILD.

      Then it's broken down into

      WILD
      DEILD
      FILD
      AND MANY MORE

      And

      DILD
      MILD
      CAT
      And many more

So if you want you can say it's a wild because it is in the wild category.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

I meant more was it actually a dream seen as I was moving but also jumping in and out of lucidity on demand (and also the whole feeling both worlds at once thing).
