A phone call from the lover

I dreamt, that my lover called me and said in my native language ( though he is not a native ) " Aleena , I don't wanna talk to you ."
me: why ?
him: you said you would keep my stuff to yourself ! ( this one in english )
me: yes, I nevre told your stuff to any one .
him: then how does Ali know ?
(In relity we both don't have any mutual friend or even acquaintance named Ali. )
me: I don't know
( I don't remember what happened afterwards, I'm so very scared , I have never ever had any kind of arduement or fight with my lover in real life ) .

In the dream I was in an elevator with a number of people ( btw I am claustrophobic, but I don't remember hyperventilating in the dream, I was so okay ).
Many of those people were strangers. Three were my friends ( mano , fati and Tooba ). I was talking to some one, in the dream maybe I knew her , but in reality I don't think so if I know her.. I was talking to that girl about Mano.
The conversation included things like:
me: Mano is adopted
her: ..........
me: OMG , Fati is mano's sister....no wonder I felt like Fat's parents were'nt her real parents ,and had adopted her , and took her to New York....
me: you know what Tooba is Mano's sister too, but Mano doesn't know that , and that girl ( a soap opera actor whom in real life I have only seen on T.V, and she's not a girl but a woman) you see there is also Mano's sister.
Mano was present there , but we spoke in such a manner so that she or the one's spoken about don't hear this ....
Then the lift gates opened up, as we had reached the desired floor. I'm not sure but I guess the lift was descending.
