      Coming back to lucid dreaming

      As many of you would know, I've been a member of DV for sometime, and had approx. 20 LDs in total.

      But I've not had any for coming on to a year now. It's not so much a dry patch as I completely gave up .

      Now my enthusiasm for the subject has revived itself, and I wish to start having my dreams lucid again, especially now they are the nicest dreams I've ever had 8) .

      But it ain't easy. I'm beginning to realise why I gave up in the first place.

      Any tips for an old pro returning to the game once more?

      if your having trouble remembering to do your RCs, write "are you dreaming" on ur index finger. It completely got me in the habbit of doing them and all 3 of my LDs have been DILDs becasue of it.

      its good to see another familar face come back again. Welcoem back. I know...its hard to start from scratch..again..trust me, i know ...but keep at it

      My dream at the moment are taunting me with their suggestive meanings and unfinished deeds, and are starting to affect the decisions I make in real life. I just want to become lucid and put them all right. Trouble is, I'm so bloody deprssed at the moment I find it hard to summon any effort. And as we all know, there isn't any quick way o LDs. Oh well
