      My WBTB/DILD Plan

In order to get stronger dream recall/attain lucidity, I develop a schedule to accomplish them. This is my plan.

      Nighttime:
      • Get at least 8 hours of sleep or more
      • Go to bed by 10 or 11 o'clock PM
      • Using meditation techniques, set my intention to either remember my dreams/become lucid
      • Check my alarm clock (cellphone feature) to set the alarm
      • Either set alarm to go off at 4 or 5 AM or 4 hours after sleep, next 2 hours, and then increments of 1 hour each until awakening permanently

      Morning:
      • Lay still in my bed.
      • Remember the last dream before awakening for 10 minutes
      • For the next 45 - 60 min., do something else to stimulate the brain
      • Write the dream down in DJ
      • When getting out of bed, set mind to assume that this is a dream.
      • Then, perform a few RCs.
      • Meditate to set my intention like last time
      • Do some SuDoKu
      • After about a hour, head back to bed
      • Form a mental image of remembering the dream
      • Sleep for a few hours (1h & 30 min or 2 hours)

      Daytime:
      • Set my mind to question whether I am dreaming or in reality when I question something in WL
      • Perform ADA for 5 - 10 min occasionally and pay attention to enviroment
      • Perform the following RCs:
        • Use fingers to penetrate palm of hands
        • check ears for distortions
        • Take off glasses to test vision ( I wear glasses)
      • Meditate to keep awareness up

I would like some feedback on this, so I will not mind for any criticism if they are constructive. Thank you in advance.

This is all very well though IMO lucid dreaming is quite easy and you are trying too hard, not that it's bad but that you could take a simpler approach eg:
Yeaterday I was doing reality and awareness checks put together between 45 minute intervals from 10.00 AM
Before I went to bed and sleep I watched that subliminal lucid dream clip and set the intention with mantras and a little bit of visualization (looking at my hands asking if I am dreaming in a dream). Ironically I didn't remember any dreams after I woke up at 3.00 AM so I did what I needed to but turned on a light which I couldn't fall asleep for a little longer but it was ok.
I recited mantras outloud first then in my mind, visualized a little till I forgot about everything and some time later I'm being dragged into a wild, later that night I wild again but this time I am focusing on the wild (last time it was an accident) and I kept pulling my self out everytime I started to "float" away so I fixed that by simply visualizing a scene and becomming lucid and just letting my mind wander.
Eventually I finally wilded (which didn't take too long anyway) and from there I progressivly woke up after each lucid, yes each lucid, after the wilds I had many dilds/milds.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that all you pretty much need is a little focus and lots of intention (rc, ADA[I do awareness checks mixed with rc], mantras ect)

Remember, lucid dreaming is dreaming like you do everynight just that you know it. Trust me it really is simple if you make it be. Good luck

Its good that you have a sleep and activity schedule it allows you to physically see whats working for you and if any tweaks need to be made. 5star post. namaste.

When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
