      Any naturals that have terrible dream recall?

      My dream recall ability is pretty bad. I remember maybe a dream a week, averaged out, but i rarely get just a single dream in a week.

      I usually get SEVERAL (up to 10, or the point i can't remember all the dreams anymore, just out of normal forgetfulness and not dream recall) completely lucid dreams in one night, which is typically a night where i had taken a nap that day so i wasn't tired really, but i slept more than an average night.

      Then i go weeks, sometimes months, without any dreams period. Maybe a freeze-frame or short second or two here and there, but that's it.

      Are there any other "naturals" at LD'ing that have really bad dream recall like me?

      my dream recall is pretty bad, its better now than what it was but i found the best way to have a LD is using the WILD technique as you go straight into the dream so you are already aware of this but every each to there own. find what works and stick with it.

      improve recall in general. practice ADA and try to remember your day from end to begging when you go to bed. this works for your memory in WL so will automaticall improve dream recall.
