      Interesting lucid experiences

I took a galantamine/alpha-gpc/vitamin B complex combo at WBTB time yesterday, which was perhaps boosted by a melatonin before bed. Had some fragmented but long and detailed experiences.

Started with some weird dream that I soon realized didn't seem right. In fact, I looked at my phone but it was acting strangely and had loads of porn popups all over it - I assumed it had been infected with a virus and needed wiping. I looked back at it and the screen had changed alltogether, I then looked away and back again and the phone itself had changed shape. This didn't seem enough to trigger lucidity but did seem enough for me to do some RCs.

I tried to fly which seems to be my default reality check, and I failed. I then tried to push my hand into the wall which also failed. I then remembered reading here about the nose pinching and trying to breathe, so I tried it and it worked! It was so weird, I held my nose but I could still breathe through it lol - I then did it again just for fun.

I then turned to my family who were there and said "Hey mother @!#$ers - you're all dreaming" but they completely ignored me.

Strangely enough, as soon as I became lucid, this very weird dream became incredibly 'normal'. Why? Is it because my subconscious immediately exerted it's 'normal' confines and constructs on the dream world as soon as I became aware? I assume so..

The first RC doesn't look that effective, since you must first learn how to fly. :s

Agreed - but for some reason, it's the first thing I ever did in an LD wthout even trying, and it just seems to have stuck ever since. It often doesnt work as an RC but I still find myself doing it!

I took 100mg of Vitamin B6 an hour before bed once and woke up 3 hours later and did a WBTB. I had one of the most lucid and vivid lucid dreams ever! I only take Vitamin B6 like once a week, through. I don't want to use all of it too quickly.
