      Question Tests.

1.) Is it possible to get over something like stage fright through lucid dreams?
For example, If I were to create a scenario where I was playing my bass(Solo bassist by the way) in front of thousands of people would it make playing small crowds such as a coffee shop easier in reality?

2.) This also has to do with music. If I made a dream where I had my computer with all the music tabs I needed to learn a song and practiced while in that dream non-stop would I be able to somehow pass that knowledge into my long-term memory bank?

I understand that the more you have practiced dream recall the more details you can remember but can you actually remember something as detailed as a song?

      1) Yes.
      2) It could, but the only problem is the recall when you wake up.
As for your last question; for my experience(s), I remember the general tune of it but not really the whole song.

      1) Yes, definitely.

      2) While in a dream your mind still sends signals to your nerves and muscles to move, just since you're in SP your body doesn't move. So if you play your bass while in your dreams than your muscles will remember how to play it easier when you wake up. As far as remembering the song once you wake up, as fOrceez said, it depends on your recall.

      3) What would seem like the most likely way to remember the song entirely would be to wake up right after you finish the song and maybe have played it a few times, then go directly to the computer or a piece of paper and write down everything you can about it. You could also start humming it as you're doing so. However, remembering the entirety of the song is pretty unlikely, but you should be able to remember the general tune itself.

That's pretty sweet. I'm gonna try and master dream recall so hopefully I will be able to pull all of this off. It would make shit a lot easier for me because I never gave time to play during the day.

Lucid dreaming can be used to get over many different kinds of anxieties and phobias. This is also one of the main reasons I'm learning lucid dreaming.
I can't remember the exact details, but the general idea was that while you're having a lucid dream, you can basically tell your subconsciousness how to react in certain situations, thereby more or less "reprogramming" it.

Nice avatar. I'm going to try my best to master this skill so I can take it further places and try things that haven't been tried before.
I'm glad that this will help with the stage fright. lol
