New to this site! I've been LDing on a regular basis for about 3 years now. It's only been within the last year that I've gotten my monthly count up to 4 or 5 LDs. What have been the best tips/techniques that others have to double that number? I'm gunning for 2-3 LDs a week...I HAVE noticed that when I've meditated or done yoga that I'm more apt to have a spontaneous one...
