I found the timer method , which wakes me up after some time and i try to DEILD.It's been working for me for some time , 5 days straight i had 1-3 lucid dreams, then it suddenly stopped because i can't fall asleep after i wake up and do a WBTB.I go to sleep at 12 Am and have absolutely no difficulty to fall asleep.I can wake up at 4 Am to 6 AM , then i go to the bathroom and after that i can't fall asleep anymore until 8 AM..Does this have anything to do with my REM cycle , because i can only remember dreams that happen from 8 AM to 10 AM, majority of my lucids starts at that time . Would going to bed 1 hour earlier help to fix these cycles? |
