      I picked a few times a month. Sometimes once or twice during a week I'll be aware that I'm dreaming, but it wasn't vivid or my recall was not good. Usually in these there's no control but I might catch myself saying or thinking something like "when I wake up from this..."

      Once every 1-3 months I'll usually have a nice memorable LD where I exercised some sort of control over the dream.

      What kind of dream is Counted as a Lucid dream? I'm not too sure... Can someone describe in a bit of detail?
      Goals:
      1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
      2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!
