A large part of what motivates me is the exploratory aspect: Virtually all my dreams take place in unfamiliar locations, and I really desire to explore them. I look forward to having extremely vivid lucid dreams, since I haven't had one of those yet. I also strongly desire to revisit certain favorite dreams from the past - a good example is a recurring dream I used to have in which I discover a hidden portion of my family's house, centrally located as if the rest of the house was built around it. It was absolutely gorgeous, decorated with tasteful antiques in a lovely color scheme. I suppose that also relates to the exploration.

Also, I find a certain thrill in the isolation - suddenly realizing I'm completely alone in my own dream, in my own mind. I answer to no one and I will not be bothered.
I also want to face certain fears, like the dreams I used to have of falling from great heights - the physical sensation I felt during the fall was absolutely dreadful. I'd also like to experiment with using lucid dreams as rehearsals for certain things IWL, partly because the career I'm pursuing will involve being in front of large groups of people. Not to mention revisiting several disturbing nightmares & confronting them. Not that I truly need to, but just because I can. =) I'm very curious about what will happen.

And then of course there's the flying (which I've always adored in regular dreams), which I did in my last lucid and plan to do many more times. And yes, sex too - I started on it in one lucid, but lost the dream, which I was not happy about. It definitely got me excited for future dreams! I have a long list of ideal lusty scenarios. I'm with some of the above in game-related goals too - I want to swing around skyscrapers like Spider-Man, and I'd like to try out being one of my favorite X-Men, Storm or Jean Grey (as Phoenix or Dark Phoenix). They're powerful, sexy vixens - just like me! There are plenty of other entertainment-related goals I have.
