Woke up maybe 30-40 minutes latter, could it have been from?

So I took some Melatonin, for anyone who wonders what the fuck that is, its a sleeping aid (natural). I took it around 9:00 ish, but the night before I took it around 7:30 ish, anyhow I fell asleep and I opened my window since it was hot in my room, now let me tell you something, last week I heard a groan or a low voice, and it sounded to be coming from the corner of my room but behind my closet. It spooked me out the first time, so I went down stairs to see what was going on and my mom was on the computer looking for shit, so it wasn't anyone having no sex or shit down there. But yesterday I HEARD IT AGAIN! I also woke up randomly, and I have a fan going in my room that sits on the ground, its a window fan, but I keep it on the floor for some reasons that would be too long to explain, anyhow when I suddenly woke up for unknown reasons I heard a really loud rumbling, it was my fan, it kind of shocked me at first (I was like what the fuck is that) and so I moved and looked, and then the noise got much quieter and I was like (Oh must just be my fan, but damn it was LOUD and DISTORTED) if you ever had an OBE/LD you might of heard the train noise, well that it what I heard, but now that I remember my fan was on SUPER LOW which is the lowest speed, so I dont know maybe I was about to have SP.

Anyhow this voice, this noise, what the hell??
I guess you could compare Lucid Dreams & Reality to a computer, the only difference between reality and a lucid dream is that one is stored on the Hard Drive and the other purely in RAM, if you don't try to remember it, you wont.

Check it out when you have company so it's not as scary. If nothing's there, next time you here that noise, check if you can move at all, like if your in Sleep Paralysis. If you really believe something is around, get a video camera with good audio and fast forward.

It could have been a Hypnagogic Hallucination from sleep paralysis. Or your mind just playing tricks on you. You could also put a recorded by your bed and if it picks it up then it is safe to say that it isn't SP and then you could investigate it further if you want. I wouldn't get too worked up about it, try the recorder or the video camera idea Raetin talked about.

      Hope this helps.

Also, please try and refrain from swearing on the forums. Some people may be offended by it.
