Can late nights ruin my chances?

Yo,

Basically, i'm an average teenage guy - I go to sleep at about 10pm on Mondays and Wednesday, about 11:30 on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays and anytime between 12 and 3 on weekends. I was wondering if this fairly varied sleep schedule will ruin my chances of becoming great as lucid dreaming? Because that'd be a shame.

For me it's really hard to dream of anything if I go to bed at 3. Generally the longer I sleep the higher chance I have of (lucid) dreaming. I also have nightmares more often if I go to bed at 3-4 o'clock after a long stressful night of studying. I can't wait for school to end so I can have more time to become great at lucid dreaming.

Late nights ruin lucids for me.
Most of your REM occurs in the late hours of sleeping, so going to bed for 6 hours, your missing out on large REM periods.
Because of this, I rarely lucid/dream in the weekdays/party nights.
