      Question Any luck?

Wake Back To Bed; anyone had quick success with this? its done by..

STEP ONE - Go to bed as normal and allow yourself to sleep for six hours. Set your alarm clock or have another early riser wake you up.

STEP TWO - After six hours, get out of bed and fully wake yourself up. Find something to occupy your brain to make you alert. Read about lucid dreaming if you want to stay focused on the subject. Stay alert for 20-60 minutes. (Hint: you must get out of bed!)

STEP THREE - Go back to bed and relax. If your mind is too alert, practice meditation, listen to brainwave entrainment and/or perform Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams. Use your visualization skills to place your mind back in the dreamscape and plan your next lucid dream as you fall asleep.

Yup, I have had success with just doing a WBTB before. It tends to work best if you combine it with another technique like MILDing or WILDing, though.

I've had some success with WBTB, not much though because I'm kinda scared of the hypnagogic/SP state. Once you realize the dream is forming, for me it takes a lot of focus to stabilize and except that you are now walking around in a place you just made up.

you have to activate your mind more, so get some caffine and do some really heavy research on the net. that always gives me lucid dreams.

Well if you're looking into non scary ways to have a lucid dream (Meaning not having to go into sleep paralysis) DILD or MILD would be your best bet. If you are interested in DILDing, check out Puffin's SAT Technique. If you want to MILD, read Naiya's MILD Technique. They are both good methods.
