      Wish me luck =]

      So, about a month ago I made a mp3 file which would make a noise and wake me up 5 hours into my sleep, and then turn itself off (well, stop making the sound) after 5 seconds. I wasn't able to DEILD using this because I would become too exited and come out of my REM cycle, so I gave up on DEILD.

      However, tonight I just feel like trying again, and I really hope it will work . Wish me luck, and I will report back with my results.

      Dammit!
      lol ok, I forgot to use autosuggestion before going to sleep, so I didn't remind myself that when I heard that noise I had to stay still and not open my eyes. Instead, when the alarm went, I woke up, grabbed my Ipod and thought "Why is there noise coming out of my Ipod", then I remembered it was my DEILD alarm and I just went back to bed =/

      I tried to DEILD once and the alarm startled me. I moved alot and got frustated
