Thread: ANGER! I need help with doing these two things while in a lucid dream!

I can't fly nor can I change the whole dream.

What can I do?

By the way, I was experimenting with the 5 senses while in my lucid dream. I was so happy when I made a buffet full of my favorite beverages and food. Maybe I should cross that out on my list? Too bad I'm lazy...

Well, even though things don't work out the first few times, you'll get it eventually. The frat two or even three times I tried shapeshifting didn't work at all. The best thing is to not get discouraged. After a few tries I got the hang of it. Sometimes you may want to go about doing it a different way, switch it up a bit. Good luck.

Start by controlling your anger. It's not going to help.

Also, there are tutorials on how to fly and how to change your dream scene. One way I use to change my dream scene is to fall backwards in my dream and imagine wherever I want to be. My field of vision usually goes black, I end up in sleep paralysis, and then I'm where I want to be.

I think I've had more than few LDs (not too many), but I still can't fly properly. Most of the time I don't even try, since I have smth else to do what seems fun. My last flying experience was kind of accident (no idea why it happened) and I was more like swimming in the air than flying. Felt kind of weird But you will succeed if you keep trying and beliveing.
