Smile Green Nytol (herbal sleeping pills)

Anyone know if these are any good for helping with WILDing?

I just picked 30 tablets. I didn't buy the blue ones because they contain chemicals etc which can leave you feeling groggy in the morning etc whereas these are natural. They are available without prescription at most stores with a drug section.

On the cover of the box it says - 'a blend of herbs to soothe and so aid restful sleep'. And lucid dreaming sprang to my mind.

They contain hops, valerian and passion flower all of which are sedative and will induce calmness and restful sleep.

You're supposed to take 2 approx. 1 hour before you plan on hitting the hay - does anyone know if they would be good for WILDing? I'm gonna give it a shot regardless I just wanted some feedback before I do

      Thanks

I don't think they would help with WILDing. Even though they are natural, they still contain chemicals.
If it says it's for sleeping, chances are it will make you extremely drowsy (if it didn't then that would be false advertising). When you're WILDing, you want your mind to be awake, but your body to sleep.
If anything, these would probably inhibit your dreaming ability.
Sorry if this is terribly inaccurate, just my assumptions.

It says on the box that they relax your mind so you don't think too much and relaxes your body

Go for it then. You've got nothing to loose. But please do post your results. I would love to see if it does work.
      Good luck

I imagine it could be helpful for WBTB if you have a hard time falling back asleep (I am all too familar with this problem). Maybe pop a couple when you wake up early in the morning, stay up long enough to set your intent to LD and then go back to sleep, for a WILD, DILD, or whatever.

As far a lucid dreaming went, well it didn't. lol

But there's deffinitley weird about these pills. I took 2 at 11 oclock at night and went to bed at 11:45, fell asleep. (Early for me)

I woke up at 1:30am and opened my eyes and looked over to my tv screen, I could see a movie playing on it, but couldn't work out which movie because it was almost as if the screen was on the dullest setting. After about 10 seconds this faded away and I blinked a few times and the screen was off. My thoughts were extremely hazey and it felt as if I was still dreaming but wasn't (RC's done).

I had a really hard time falling back asleep ironically
