I used to have that problem every now and again. I easily fixed it by pure willpower. After all, I thought about how I barely didn't get any sleep during training. After that it was a breeze. Basically if I were you I would write down your goal someplace in your DJ the night before. It seems that when people write down their goals they tend to achieve them. Also you could temporally use a mantra that is telling yourself to remember that you want to WBTB. After you have it down you could switch your mantra to something else. |
