      Agree with Arch.

For me, it's different. If I'm really tired, it takes 10 minuttes. And sometimes many hours, a few times, I don't sleep.

same here , when i'm really tired it takes 10 or 15 min at most , but the problem is that when i'm not that tired I can take an hour al teast to sleep , the best would be to have some kind of induction thecnique of sleep , something like a tip or smthing to slow the brainwaves from the beta level to alpha or delta level.

Yeah, it would actually be cool.
I'm listening to binaural beats and brainwaves before sleeping. I'm pretty sure, that it slow down my brainwaves. When I'm really relaxed, I'm just floating. I'm like sleeping and awake in the same time, I can't explain it. But it's amazing. (Sometimes I fall asleep )
But the problem is, when the music is finished, and all my thoughts are attacking me.

I think 15 minutes would be fast for me. It often takes me 30 minutes or longer to fall asleep.
Unless I'm going back to sleep after waking up. Then it can be much quicker.
      It's all in your head.

It's hard to tell. I've been sleeping quickly lately, but before falling asleep my mind is wandering and it's hard to tell how much time passes. I'd say maybe 12 minutes or so, but it could be up to 1/2 an hour. It's like while meditating... it doesn't seem like much time has passed when it has.

My fastest falling-asleep times are probably within the range of 20-25 minutes.

If one wants to fall asleep quickly, think of the most random, illogical thoughts you can. A few minutes of this and your mind should start creating them on its own; by this point you're usually almost unaware of them and it doesn't take much longer to go unconscious into sleep.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

30 minutes to about an hour, it varies most of the time. If I fall asleep fast its usually 15 minutes. Usually meditating before I go to sleep really helps.

However, binaural beats do nothing for me. I can't even relax with those, it causes way to much stress for me for some reason.

Fast would be around 10 minutes, but it has to be under 20°C in my room.
If my mind either wanders around too much or it's too warm in the room (or worse both) it might take me 1-2 hours, but sometimes I just know that I can scrap the idea of sleep in a certain moment.

It takes me about 15-45 minutes to WILD. I'm assuming that's how long it takes me to sleep if I can relax properly.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.
