Right now I feel my legs are quite tired, I have actually been walking alot today, maybe that's a reason for it.
I just wonder about if this may be good to perform WILD or any other technique? as in WILD I've to make my body fall asleep while the mind stay aware or what you wish to call it.
And since it feels like my legs are tired, I guess there might be easier to make them fall asleep? and that way get sleep paralysis? or am I wrong?
It was a while ago I tried to perform WILD, and those times I tried, it ended up with my left foot was jerking (the brain that sends signals to the legs and ask them if my mind is sleeping?), and somehow I didn't get further than that.
I think I will try WILD soon when I go to bed, but first I would like to know if it does make sense that my legs or any other body part is tired.
Maybe any tip of how to get rid of the foot jerking too? I really can't stand it when it comes.
