      Wild help

      When I try to wild i get to a point where i start to lose sensation of my limbs, hear ringing and also my heart beat accelerates. At that point i have no idea what to do, does anyone have any tips.

      These are signs that you are going into sleep paralysis, this is the body testing if you are still awake or not. Next time you experience this stay calm , stay in a mental state and you should transition pretty quickly.

      When u say "transition" do you mean transition into a dream?
