Try the WILD Inducer in Lightened Dream. |
|
My dreams lately have been very dark kinda like if I'd been trying to look with my eyes almost closed. And sometimes it's like I close my eyes in my dream and I can't see anything and when that happens it's really hard to open them again. But I do have normal dreams too when everything is just like in real life but the last few dreams have been fading into blackness. |

I've only done this once, but I got out of blindness in a lucid dream before. After I went blind I stayed calm and I switched to a third person perspective. Suddenly my vision came back and it even changed night to day. |

Ok cool, I'll try that. |

If you want your dreams to be brighter, they will be. |

I just tried the WBTB method last night, and it really helped me with vividness!! Instead of waking up for an hour or so, like they say to do, I just woke up, shut off the alarm, and went back to sleep |

There are many ways you can many your lucid dreams brighter, you just have to be creative! They're your dreams, therefore, you can bend them to your will. You can try something as simple as a voice command, starting off with stabilizing, "stabilise!" and then perhaps increasing the vividness/clarity of the dream. Finally, use something like "brighten". If that doesn't help, you may just have to turn on a light or.. summon a sun |

Before I go to sleep, I try to relax my mind and body by replaying my day like a movie. |
