Could this really work? LaBerge somwhere claims that moving about, sleep walking and talking only occurs when we're NOT in REM sleep. When we dream, the body is almost completely paralyzed, supposedly to keep us from acting out our dreams and doing stupid things.

I'm also thinking of buying an induction device and I can't decide which. They are pretty expensive...
