Question I need some help about WILD

So I'm trying to get to lucid dream using WILD technique and everytime I feel the sleep paralysis starting I start to panic and I just can't calm myself enough to be able to get into the dream, because the sleep paralysis just keeps going on and on and eventually I become so frustrated that I just kinda get up and exit the sleep paralysis.

So could someone tell me how am I supposed to get into a dream from the sleep paralysis?

Hi there, ESCola, welcome to Dreamviews.
First of all, I'm going to ask when you're performing these WILD attempts, do you have at least 4 hours sleep beforehand? If not, it is best to perform these WILD attempts during the afternoon. If getting into SP in pitch black darkness, you can also practice getting into SP in the afternoon, when it is still dark if it's less frightening to you.
At first, I was also terrified of SP, and I'm sure most people were. Practice and practice. Soon your mind will get used to being awake while your body gets to sleep. It's really just all about familiar territory.
Once you get into SP, you have two choices, the 'passive' approach and the 'active' approach.
If you have an active imagination, once you get into SP (or even once you lay down and your body starts to relax) start to visualize yourself in a dream scene. This visualization should be how you want to see the dream when you first get in it (1st person, 3rd person, whatever). It is best to do something repetitive, e.g. walking on a never ending road. Your visualization does not have to be perfect in every detail, for when you transition, your mind will fill in the details.
Your next option is the 'passive' approach. After getting into SP, watch the HI (Hynagogic Illusions) 'behind your eyelids'. These may be whole figures, inanimate objects or just simply patterns and colours. From here, just watch them passively. When your ability of WILDing gets better, you may try to manipulate the HI and HH.
Note: in both of these abilities, your mind must be relaxed to a certain degree. Do not think every minute or so "Oh, i'm almost in my WILD". Relax, relax and further relax

      Good luck!

      Spoiler for P.S.:
