Hi all. I have still yet to have a LD.

I have a question though, every night when i'm laying there on my back trying to go to sleep i get this weird feeling, like something is being pulled out of my head, like i'm coming out of my body, from my head first and i get this weird energy feeling go through my body. It happen's every night but i get freaked out and stop it from happening or going further.

Sounds like you're about to go into sleep paralysis, maybe even on the brink of transitioning into a dream.

You're right, in order to dream your body is paralysed so you can't act out your dream in real life. Lucid dreamers often enter sleep paralysis shortly before entering a dream when they WILD.

You can never become trapped in a dream, at least not indefinitely. We've all had dreams that we felt we could never wake from, but there are physical limitations such a REM cycles, you'll always wake up.
Sounds like you were in a waking sleep paralysis on your holiday, your mind woke from a dream before your body could awaken, the thing to do if that happens is to try wriggling your toes and fingers until you can move the rest of your body and alter your breathing patterns until you wake up. But you could equally take as an opportunity to transition into a lucid dream

Sounds like the beginning of SP or the hypnagogic state. My only advice is to try not to fear it, and ride the storm until you're dreaming. It gets even more intense (for me at least), so it might take some practice before you get used to it. Expect there to be a time where it feels like you cannot breathe (this is normal)... expect there to be a time where you hear voices, and/or deafening noises... this is also normal. Expect psychedelic colors and images. These are all signs that you are about to enter a dream.

Jeez that sounds freaky! when i had it on holiday i had a kind of video playing in my head or you could call it a dream. I could still feel and hear everything around my normal body, but it felt like i was stuck and falling into this "video/dream"

the only reason im commenting on this cause when I was a very small kid I had what i could only explain as a nightmare. Every time I closed my eyes and tried to go to bed I kept seeing the same image in my head. It wasn't scary or anything but I was little and it annoyed me so I cried.

I usually get those when i try to WILD. I think this happens right at the border between a dream and waking life. First i get SP, and then i can actually see like a "video" playing in my head. I can only describe this as a Dream Scene forming.

Sounds like you are on the path to astral projection! Pursue it! I do this, I've learnt to walk on the astral plane. I'd drop LD and start projecting - it's way better and enlightening.
Don't let the hallucinations scare you. I can make that same wierd energy on DEMAND, right now if I want. Continue with the hallucinations, you start to look out of your Astral body's eyes
It could be very scary, but when mastered can be amazing. I can walk the astral plane, but I now am working to access my memory banks from the past.

Oh god when i was like 6 I had so many scary dreams i still remember to this day, they felt so realistic. If one keeps a positive attitude before reaching a point like this is it possible to get around such SP, cause i know i couldn't breathe, and after having the same dream like 3 times in a row, i purposely didnt breathe only to wake myself up to save me from my mind... Now i want to explore this mystery =/
