Thread: Calea Zacatechichi

Hey guys,

All the experiences I've had with this drug so far have had a positive effect on my dream recall and frequency. The dreams in which I have achieved lucidity after taking Calea have always lasted a long time, changed many times throughout the night and are very clear and eventful.

An example (though not lucid): Last night I smoked a fat joint of this stuff and took some Valerian root before heading to bed at around 00:00. I awoke at around 07:00 after dreaming that I was being chased by a lady cop after robbing 'Toyworld', which is regrettably something I have done in the past and have already paid for. A friend found the Calea in the glovebox of my car in the dream, and I had to explain to him what is was. Although I remember this very clearly, I was not lucid at the time.

I went back to sleep again and dreamt that I had a massive coughing fit while I was standing in line for an event. Soon after that when I woke up at 09:30, I began to cough my lungs out for 2 minutes.

The reason that I did not become lucid is that I was not focusing on lucidity before I went to sleep, which I usually have to do if I want to LD. Last night I just wanted some cool dreams.


That was a pretty mediocre example, but if anyone else has any experiences with Calea that they'd like to share, please do.
