Just use nose pinch. There is no way it can fail. You don't need to take it with you and you can do it quickly and easily. Don't bother trying to make up new ones |

Not having issues with dreaming or recall...so I must work on RC's. I was thinking of making a card that says REALITY CHECK: ARE YOU DREAMING? and keeping it in with me at all times. Pull it out and read it several times a day, turn it around to the the blank side, reverse it again and re-read it. Cause I herd in dreams text will not look the same twice..wondering if anyone else tried this method? |

That might work to remind yourself to reality check often, but be sure you really question yourself if you're dreaming and observe your surroundings or else it will just become habitual and you won't really think about it seriously if it occurs in your dream. You may just look at it and see it change (or not) but if you're not really questioning if you're dreaming then you will just continue what you were doing. Also try forcing the letters of the words to change at will just in case your mind is able to keep the text from just randomly changing when you look back the second time. You might also want to include other checks when you do this just to be really sure. |

I think the nose pinch would be good too |

Anything can be a good reality check as long as you find it good. That's sounds shoddy, but if you find something that makes you really question your reality rather than one everyone suggests, you're more likely to perform the reality check+question your reality (regularly) thus getting lucid. |
