      why WBTB and not DILD

hi everybody,so i have a Q that was bothering me and thought of posting it here,i've been "actually" trying to have a lucid dream sinse a month ago,i had during this period 8 LDs ,but here is the thing, all of my 8 lucids were WBTB,althought i do RC and actually question my reality and raise my awernesse regulary during the day (about 40 times a day) ,i didn't had a single DILD,and if i don't do a WBTB,i won't get a lucid, any explanations shall be much appreciated

Well WBTB increases the chance of having a lucid dramatically, because you are just about to enter a dream, so anything previous to that dream will be more likely to come up and trigger you to become lucid.
So it's probably more a WBTB MILD, which are really great for having a successful lucid

WBTB with a WILD and a WBTB with a MILD?
I guess you mean without lol. MILD - you focus on the last dream you remember and try to re-enter it or visualise yourself becoming lucid in it. WBTB without MILD just means you woke up, stayed active and aware for a bit, then went back to sleep with the intention of becoming lucid.
