      Dreaming but Not Dreaming

      Ok, I don't know if this has ever happened to anyone else but this happens to me on a regular basis. I will be lying down in my bed, about to go to sleep, when I start imagining what I am going to dream about. Eventually, I will open up my eyes and I felt like I had just dreamed the thing I was thinking about, but when I look at the clock it says that no time has passed. Also, I don't feel refreshed like I normally do after I sleep. I feel like I was daydreaming the whole time. Has anyone else felt like this? Oh and sorry if I didn't write it well enough for you to understand, I can barely explain it.

      I'm guessing daydream...

      Is it similar to when you're falling asleep and have images of falling of a building or something, then kick your leg out and wake up?

      Yeah this sounds like something you get when you're on the brink of falling asleep. When you try to WILD or DEILD you realise that your thoughts are slowly becoming dreams. That's how you induce a dream
