Sure you can study in lucid dreams But.. you may get distracted by various other dream elements. i.e. One of my fellow dream guides here (Mancon) tried to study in a lucid dream and a monkey walks up to him, taps him on the shoulder and starts telling him about his life. There are many other things you can do in lucid dreams - i would most likely not waste one studying.
As for remembering, it depends on your dream recall.
And yes, i feel rested after feeling lucid dreams. But no, it feels better than waking from normal dreams. More exhilarating and more excited - in somewhat a blissful mood.

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

I just think studying would be a great use for lucid dreaming, Imagen during the day you were too busy to study but at night you spend hours doing nothing. Why not study but still be rested for your exam the next day!
Lol sorry must be my inner nerd coming out!
