I've seen this posted in various threads over the years, the general consensus is that, it works for some people some of the time. A lot of this type of stuff is just directly connected to expectation. You can also imagine that instead of putting on glasses, you are already looking through a lens, and you can grab it and turn it to adjust focus, just like a camera, or that there is a button somewhere (on your head or something it doesn't matter) that you can push to auto focus. You can probably think of a ton of different variations/gimmicks to try adjusting clarity. I've tried quite a few. The only thing that works for me every time is the hand examination/verbal command technique. But have fun testing your idea! |

Sounds a bit like turning on the lights to make the dream brighter and therefore more stable. I think it'll work, give it a shot! |

I agree that expectation will have a big portion to do with it, with my experience I have picked up some glasses and it has made my vision seem blurrier by putting them on. If there is that speculation, it might throw you off; unless you own a pair, that might make it easier to understand the clarity it would yield. |

This has definitely produced success for me in the past. |
