      A bit ridiculous...

I know from experience, by waking up from a good night sleep and not moving and closing my eyes again, I will go to a lucid dream nearly instantaneously.

The ridiculous part is I don't know how to wake up and remember to stay still...
If anyone could give me some advice, that would be nice.

Well, you could set up an alarm that turns itself off so you do not have to move. Also you could just tell yourself to wake up in the middle of the night and hope for the best!

This sounds like CrazyInSane's WILD Tutorial. Check it out! There is a link for an alarm like a mentioned above! You could probably browse through the thread and find more methods on how to wake up without moving. Good luck!

If only I add an alarm like that... Thanks, I'll check out that thread then.
