Did I just experience sleep paralysis

So about 15 minutes ago I felt really sleep so I decided that I was going to sleep. I was lying on my right side for a bit and my eye lids felt heavy. Just lying there and I thought to myself I don't care anymore and then moved to lay on my back. But I was in an uncomfortable position with my left hand against my knee and my knee was out to my side. Next thing I know I felt it come from my friend I feel these extreme vibrations. It started to move down to my chest but I couldn't remain calm and they stopped. I forgot about my left hand on my knee and tried again. It began once more again and what I unintentionally visualized was an elevator. The vibrations stopped and I was not in a dream. Damn

Sounds like you did but because you freaked you blew it lol but congratulations on getting this far. Sounds
Like you would benefit from some relaxation techniques, just practise relaxing while you lay in bed and keep letting yourself just sink into your bed, don't force yourself to relax as this won't work you will still be tense, just lie there and forget about it nd on each breath out just let you body sink into he bed as much as you can. When you get the vibrations just remember they will lead you into a fantastic LD, just let your body ride with them and relax. There s nothing to be scared of, YOU are in controll, anything you hear, feel or see is just your mind creating it. You can do it, you can get past this, you watch after a few attempts you will finally get used to the feeling and your body won't find it so strange and will become more accepting to it and you will be telling us all about your first WILD! Some times it just takes a little getting used to so do not be atall disheartened be very proud of getting this far...a big well done to you and I hope to hear about that WILD soon

The problem is that for me achieving this state is like a once in a blue moon occasion. I have only experienced this 4 times total. My first two were also consecutive right after I woke up in the morning and tried going back to sleep. Sigh I don't know how this happened but I wish it would happen more often.
