So I was going to sleep last night. Often when I go to sleep I have music playing softly from my phone charging next to my head. It's not soft music either, usually Red Hot Chili Peppers. |

Not really knowing from experience, let me just say this, I found out about lucid dreaming from a post on Nin.com about someone playing a very angry album while going to sleep, and ended up having a nightmare. My guess would be that it can effect the dream, but depending on what kind of music you play, that could probably be used to your advantage. |

"Out of the fog, into the smog (cough cough). Relentlessly... ruthlessly ('I wonder where Ruth is?'). Doggedly (bark bark)... towards his weekly meeting with... the unknown. At 4th and Drucker he turns left, at Drucker and 4th he turns right, he crosses MacArthur Park and walks into a great sandstone building (smack)."
Sometimes my Sister leaves the radio on in the morning and I swear it makes it so I cannot get lucid, because I have to wake myself all the way up and go turn it off to even get to dreams, but that might be because I'm a really light sleeper. |
