Sounds like you could use this as a dream sign. ^^ Dunno if you know what those are or not, but they're simply common themes that seem to repeat in your dreams. They can be places, people, objects, just about anything. You can use these as an indication that you're dreaming, so that if you end up noticing one during a dream, you could question your reality and become lucid. So yeah, I'd definitely take note of these repeating things that you keep experiencing in your dreams, and use them to become lucid. |

^My dream journal.

If you remember 3 dreams in a night that's very good, most people only remember 1 or so. I'm at like 4-5 if I try but I still don't get lucid often. Onto your tip, whenever in WL when you notice things repeating a lot, RC and become aware for like 10 mins |

Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
When I was younger, I used to have my dreams continue all the time. Now it isn't as common, but I still have them sometimes. If I really like a dream, I want it to continue and when I fall back asleep...it does! Like Dragon said, you could use it as a dream sign. Before you go to bed, you could also just imagine the same dream scene you were in while in the last dream and visualize becoming lucid there. |
