      Cool Dreams with plots.

I'm not sure if anyone has tried this, but I'm gonna put the idea out there anyway. So here's what you do. While awake, pick the most generic name you can think of. Then when you have an LD, find a DC and ask them if they know that person, and ask where you can find them. The idea here is that some sort of story should unfold, like maybe the person is some secret agent, or he/she need your help with something. Pretty much anything could happen.

Another thing about this, is that if you could remember where you left off when the dream ends, then next time you have an LD, you can continue that plot.

What does everyone else think about this idea? Sound fun?

"Out of the fog, into the smog (cough cough). Relentlessly... ruthlessly ('I wonder where Ruth is?'). Doggedly (bark bark)... towards his weekly meeting with... the unknown. At 4th and Drucker he turns left, at Drucker and 4th he turns right, he crosses MacArthur Park and walks into a great sandstone building (smack)."

This sounds like a great way to enjoy a lucid

I like the idea that you are going to be doing something for a reason (whatever the plot needs) and you can become a character yourself.

Linking lucid plots is one of the Holy Grails of LDing, some people claim to do it nightly, I don't know if I believe that, but I do think it is possible. There is only one way to find out good luck!

Since it's my idea, I'm going to do it next time I get lucid, but I'd love to hear results from others
