      Not too sure about scars, but I recently broke my wrist and have spent 6 weeks in a cast. I noticed in a dream a couple of weeks back that my cast wasn't on my arm, thus initiating a lucid dream (so I guess one good thing came from breaking my wrist). My guess would be that if you are aware you have the birth mark, it will be present, but the subconscious mind is a powerful thing. Have a good dream tonight and remember to check your birth mark while you're flying through the Grand Canyon, let us know if you have it
