If you really want to lucid dream, but you're afraid to record it because it might get deleted, you can record it in a real notebook. If you don't want to write things down, then you could record it with a voice recording program. |

Sovheres the deal. I haven't been TRYING to LD for a while now. About 2-3 months. Here's how it happened: I had about 35-40 dreams in my dream journal over the course 2-3 months. I was really into LD'ing. But one day. All my dream journal entries got deleted. I was devastated and stopped pushing myself to LD. About 2 months ago I started up again. But I have no more drive for it. Ive recorded around 8 dreams in a total of 2 months. I've only had 3 not so good lucids in this time. And I just can't push myself. I don't know what to do. I really miss lucid dreaming and I want to become pro at it. By now I would be amazing if I had kept trying. But I'm little better than when I first started. I need help. I don't know what kind of help. I know that I just need something to push me back in |

Well the dream journal is for helping you improve recall and noticing dream signs. So if you can remember some basic stuff about those lost dreams you can just note them in your new dream journal and go from there. |
