      I don't know what happaned...

I'm pretty freaked out right now. I just have awoken from a crazy and scary situation. I went to sleep like normal and fell into the dream world. I was dreaming somthing cool, and then I realized I was dreaming and could move around in my dreams I was really excited, but then my dream went away. I was back in my room in my house. This is going to sound really strange. I was completely aware, and I thought I had awoken. I reached for my iPhone but when I turned it on I knew it wasn't my iPhone. All the words and numbers had changed. I realized then I think I'm still dreaming. I kept fading from my room and then into blackness. In the blackness I saw shapes and colors. This happaned a few times where I thought I was awake and could move around, but I really wasn't. I felt this huge pressure as if something was tugging me upwards, and then I knew I wasn't awake. I finnaly was able to move my head for real and then my body. I am terrified to go back to sleep, I don't know what happaned here, I felt like was awake, and my body was moving but really I think I was asleep. When I really woke up I had to check my phone and lights to be sure I was actually awake. Please I need some help, I've been tryin to get lucid but not like this 0.o

I reall want to go back to sleep but I am afried it will happen again T.T When I woke up I felt dizzy and have a tingling sensation all throughout my hands. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it~

      *really

You had a false awakening, which is pretty common. Happens to me a lot and until you get used to it, it will freak you out.

The most freaky thing is that the dream world feels as real as if not more real than waking consciousness.

If I was you, if you are still feeling freaked out, jut take deep breaths and keep doing reality checks that you aren't sleeping still, you'll feel better later, everything will be alright and you can assure yourself that next time it happens, you'll enjoy it instead of frekaing out.

I did something similar, was having a nightmare so woke myself up, went to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror and my face looked different. I turned round and looked at the bedroom, I could see myself lying in bed. The shock of that woke me right up and this time I was awake, but I felt pretty unsettled the rest of that day.

Fortunately, like anything, it gets easier once you get used to it.
