      lucid dreaming via astral projection

      i believe that astral projections are just dreams,and then i thought,maybe inducing an obe,could be seen as a dream sign,and so become lucid,and sort of turn the obe into a dream that you wish to have.what do you reckon?

      If you believe that Astral Projections are dreams....then aren't you having a lucid dream when you are having an OBE anyway?
