Anyone else notice the get more lucid dreams if the take a day or two off ?

Like I do ADA and I get between 3 to 4 dilds a week I do it with MILD. I took a day off going to my girlfriends house I fell asleep and had 3 extremely vivid 15 minute or more lucid dream in full control. I think it was a mix of sleeping somewhere besides my bed and taking a day off. Anyone else experience this

That usually happens to me too. Sometimes I get frustrated after not getting a LD in a while, and I just quit, then that night I'll have an awesome LD and be motivated to keep trying again. But you're lucky you get 3 to 4 LD's a week! I get maybe one every two weeks now. How long have you been practicing lucid dreaming?

Yep, the monotony of a day at work/school can make it hard to differentiate between a dream and normal life for me.

I find it works the same for me. Two of the three LDs I've had so far were the result of taking a night off.

I've tried to do ADA a bunch of times but I always get distracted, but I try to do lots of reality checks.

I started off doing 5 mintues every 2 hours worked my way up. Mild helps a lot too cause I Don't have to waste sleep just a bit of repetition and imagination. Keep at whatever technique we will both eventually get lucid dreams every night man!!!

Thanks for the advice on ADA, that makes it seem not hard at all! I sometimes wanna switch techniques when I'm doing them, the other always seems easier! But they both need practice, so I'll keep at it!
