Hi everyone,
I have been doing MILD for a little while now. I usually wake myself up at 5:30, read a little about LDing for about 15 minutes, then i do RC and tell myself that I'm lucid as Im falling asleep. Almost every time I am able to wake up all the way (its nearly impossible for me to get up early) it has worked. Anyway, I was thinking what if you used a mantra to keep your conscious mind awake, like instead of counting or something. For example, what if you woke up and repeated, "I will be lucid soon" and focused on this not just while your falling asleep, but actually stayed awake using it, like WILD. would this work?
