Only if you let it. In a lucid dream it is just as if you were awake only the laws of reality don't really apply, however you are completely the same. Just remember that it's a dream and you can do whatever you want and nothing bad can happen to you. In fact I bet that if you get up on stage in front of a lot of people it will help with your stage fright in waking life. The best way to conquer a fear is to face it head on and what better place than a dream where there is no consequence?

Only to the extent you want them to. I assume it's also dependant on what kind of real life traits you have.

I'm no psychologist, but I'm guessing it also depends on whether your stage fright is simple nervousness at the fact that you're playing in front of millions of people, you can overcome this through the realisation that you are playing within a dream, and that everybody in that dream, is in fact not real. However, if your stage fright is borderline anxiety disorder, then I'm assuming it would be much more difficult to overcome.

Lucid dreaming is a great method to conquer fears in waking life. And yes, like the others said your real life traits are present in a lucid dream, unless you are in a lucid of low quality. And love the quote of Light from death note burke xD
