Ya its possible to get a really close dream. Not 100% but very very close. Even though it may seem that these experiences are worth revisiting I think you would still have a better time making up new ones. |

OK, I want to ask "Is it possible?" but almost anything is possible. |

Contrary to popular belief it does not require "training" to do what you want in a dream. All it requires is confidence, belief, and understanding. Anything is possible. |

The last posters said it all. Yes, it is possible to create and ride roller coasters in a dream, but you don't need any special training. You just need to believe it will happen and it will happen. That is what most lucid dreamers underestimate...the power of Expectation in a dream. There is nothing more you can do to "train" yourself with dream control other than learning to believe. And for your other question, if you really would like to visit a past dream, it is possible using the VILD, DEILD, or WILD method, where you can create dreams from scratch. Like Dutchraptor said, you shouldn't focus so much on revisiting old places when lucid dreaming. You will have much more fun exploring vast dreamscapes or just doing whatever you want |

This is an interesting topic and one that I wondered about years ago when having awesome dreams that just ended when they were getting to the good parts, aint that alway the way! I do however, through personal experience know that each and every one of my dreams is stored somewhere in my brain and that none are ever deleted or forgotten. The problem is knowing how to access those dreams again when you want to, and maybe that's when we have to turn to our trusty old dream journal. |

DILD/AILD (Anomaly Induced Lucid Dream ) 5
Okay so I have a simple theory about this. When we are in the transitioning stage in wild about to go in a dream we can see HI. It is said that this is the stage in which me are most connected to our subconscious. So obviously if you wanted to recreate a scene accurately you would have to do it in your wild attempt. As you are transitioning imaging the memory, becuase you are closely connected to your subconscious you might be able to get a greater amount of details from the scene then you would if you made it up in the dream. |
