Hmm it sounds like you got a false awakening at first, and a tip for the next time. Do the nose plug reality check you only need to find your noes, but you at least don't have to see it. |

early this morning i woke up and got back to bed, i dreamed random things, and at some point i saw a dream sign and became lucid, when i became lucid i was no longer in the place i was, but i was in my bed lying still, i never woke up, i could feel my self still in a dream, what came first to my mind was to reality check, my main reality check is checking my hands for something out of normal |

The only thing i can think of is that you don't remember the transition from dreaming to waking life. False awakenings can be really confusing like that, especially visually. I had an odd false awakening experience where i closed my right eye eye, and when i reopened that eye i woke up. However, only my right eye was looking into reality but my left eye was still in my false awakening xD. You might be thinking that i probably had both eyes open and mistaking waking life with a false awakening, but when i focused on the "Reality" right eye in this state i can feel my left eye shut but i can still see the false awakening, and had to open it when i wanted to leave this weird state. Also, my field of vision wasn't evenly divided with both eyes like it is in reality. My left "Dream Eye" had less field of vision and had a more distorted, blurry, and incorrect version of what i was looking at, until i opened it to reality of course. Good luck! |
